BEEF ROAST 
3 to 4 lb. beef roast
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 tbsp. oil

Cook roast in deep casserole dish. Line with aluminum foil. Sprinkle half of onion soup mix in bottom of casserole. Baste roast with oil. Place roast in casserole dish and over top sprinkle remainder of onion soup mix. Pour mushroom soup over roast. Add 3/4 can water and pour over roast. Cook about 1 hour per pound of roast at 300 degrees.
