ONION AND TOMATO PIE 
2 c. sauteed Vidalia onions
1 can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
4 lg. fresh sliced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions lightly in a little butter. Mix cheese and mayonnaise. Divide biscuits in thin layers. In a 9 x 13 inch pan alternate biscuits, tomatoes, onions, cover with cheese and mayonnaise mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until crust is brown.

The first Onion and Tomato pie I had ever eaten was at Larry's Rest. in Savannah,Ga. It was awesome but nothing compared to this one. This is for sure a southern must try...Yummy!!
