ESTHER'S PECAN COFFEE CAKE 
This is wonderful, flavorful and moist, folks want more and more of it!

1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix for 2 minutes with mixer, pour into greased 13x9-inch pan.

CINNAMON PECAN SWIRL:

2 cups chopped pecans
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine pecans, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter, cut thru with knife to swirl.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

ORANGE ICING:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Combine powdered sugar and orange juice. Mix together real well, then pour the orange powdered sugar over cake while it is still warm from the oven.
