1 1/2 to 2 lb. rump roast, fully cooked 3 potatoes, cooked and chopped 1 sm. bag carrots, cooked and sliced 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix Above ingredients are to be cooked or leftovers from previous meal with juices. In crock pot, take the above ingredients and add: 1 sm. chopped onion 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1 (16 oz.) can peas 1 (28 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped Black pepper Salt Chili powder Seasoned salt Italian seasoning Add 28 oz. water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes. Keeps well refrigerated. |
