BARBECUED BEEF ON A BUN 
2 lb. beef stewing pieces or beef chuck roast, cut in cubes
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Small amount green pepper
1/2 c. beef stock or bouillon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. ketchup

In a 4 quart Dutch oven, combine meat with remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is very tender. Place warm meat mixture in a food processor fitted with metal blade. Process briefly to shred or shred by hand using forks. Serve hot on warm rolls.
