1 beef roast
Salt
Pepper
2 pkgs. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Potatoes
Carrots

Cook beef roast in crock pot with salt and pepper. When done, cut beef up and add onion soup mix, mushroom soup, potatoes and carrots. Cook until done. Very good, easy.
