SPINACH BALLS OR CASSEROLE | |
2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach 2 c. stuffing mix, crushed 1 lg. onion, chopped fine 4 beaten eggs 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. each thyme and pepper 1/2 tsp. each garlic salt and Accent Cook spinach; mix with other ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Shape into balls. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees on a greased pan. Makes 60 balls. May also be baked in bread pan and served as a vegetable dish. |
