PORK CHOPS OR BONELESS CHICKEN
BREASTS CASSEROLE
 
6 pork chops or boneless chicken breasts
6 medium potatoes
6 slices onion
1 can tomato soup
Salt & pepper (optional)

Put pork chops in covered casserole or small roasting pan. Quarter potatoes and place in between chops. Place slice onion on each chop. Spoon tomato soup over chops and potatoes (do not dilute). Put cover on pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chops are tender.

Instead of the tomato soup I made a white sauce using Chicken Broth instead of milk. Cooking the potatoes with the chicken was genius. Thanks.
