MEAT BALL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. sausage
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

CHILI, CHEESE, BISCUIT TOPPING:

1 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix meatball ingredients and shape into balls. Brown in nonstick skillet. Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Combine:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water

Heat and pour over meatballs.

Mix dry ingredients for chili cheese biscuits. Cut in shortening. Add egg and milk and mix. Roll out dough and sprinkle with cheese. Roll as jelly roll. Cut and place on top of hot meatball mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until biscuits are browned.
