MEAT BALL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
1/4 lb. sausage
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix and shape into small meatballs. Brown in oil in frying pan. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Place in casserole.

Combine in saucepan:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. milk

Heat until steaming and pour over meatballs.

BISCUITS:

1 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 tbsp. parsley

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening. Combine this mixture with egg and evaporated milk. Roll dough out to 12" square. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and parsley. Roll up like jelly roll. Slice about 1" thick and place on meat mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
