 Kenna (Indiana) says:
I made these and they were amazing!!! :) Make sure you add butter / peanut butter after you do the sugar and syrup and than mix in the cornflakes other wise they come out hard... but making them like the recipe says comes out perfect!!!

Easy to follow recipe with 5 ingredients. Love the the creamy peanut butter and crunchy corn flake combination. I used Frosted Flakes because that is what I had at home and it worked great. Thanks

I substitute bran flakes for the corn flakes (limit how many you eat) but easy way to help a constipated kiddo!

I make bar cookies with this mix. Just pour mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan and cut into desired cookie size. Very simple and wonderful to eat!

Brown sugar works well too instead of white sugar.

I added a bit of baking chocolate and topped them with a light sprinkling of kosher salt to get that sweet and salty craving met! Really good...like a modified no bake cookie.

 Nicholas (Virginia) says:
I made these for my school once, and wasn't expecting much. I also had made chocolate chip cookies to go with them. These went a lot faster than the cookies did! This was the same recipe I used too. If you're skeptical about this recipe... don't be!! These are amazing! 5 stars.

My Aunt made these for me and my sisters when we were kids. These are an old family favorite. Always good. Kids and adults love these.

 Kathy (Missouri) says:
I have made these several times and have substituted several different cereals...I have used rice crispies, coco puffs together and its every crunchier....You can also add some miniature chocolate chips after you stir in everything else and it gives you a chocolate touch....I also make this in bar form with these mixtures and the kids love it and call them dino bites...

I make these cookies often but I have never gotten 50 cookies.. but the kids love them!! I exchanged the corn flakes for special K and they were great... not as tough and what a way to clean up extra cereal...

These are always a crowd pleaser! As an added bonus, they are gluten free if there is anyone on your holiday list who can't have any kind of wheat!

 The Mom (Texas) says:
Always a hit! I use Honey Bunches of Oats for more flavor (usually with almonds). I add half a teaspoon of dark Mexican vanilla for an extra pizzaz. These are loved by kids and adults and take about 25-30 minutes start to finish to make.
