Love the recipe! I added a 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract and it was amazing.

I made these but I thought that it didn't sound like very much corn syrup and sugar which meant that it wasn't going to make very much so I thought I would double everything. Then I found that it is equal to a box of cornflakes which is a lot so I wont do that again.

Try this with honey nut cheerios instead.

I do not use the butter in this recipe but these are easy to make and so yummy. Also pretty healthy, really tastes like old timey peanut brittle. My 14 year old grandson loves them and so do I!

Great recipe. It is also easy enough for kids to make. 50 cookies? I guess that is possible if you have 1 cornflake per cookie

finished making and cleaning up after the cookies in 15 minutes ^_^ super easy I'm 13 and made them entirely by my self waiting for them to cool and then i can package them up and give them to our neighbors little kids. they only made 14 though because i made them pretty big oops.....

I love making these cookies but instead of using cornflakes I use preztels for a sweet and salty treat.

I add a can of mixed nuts to the cornflakes before adding the peanut butter mixture. Great!!!

Incredible! They are great made exactly by the recipe but I sometimes use light butter & reduced fat peanut butter to knock off a few calories. My significant other & I love them, he & I go on kicks where I'll make 3-4 pans in a few weeks & we eat on them for days; they are easy & oh so delicious. I usually fill the cup into a mound with the peanut butter, so it probably comes out to be an extra 1/4 cup or so. YUM!!

So so easy! And yes a bit of butter does help with handling on your hands...lol!
