MOM'S PERFECT HARD BOILED EGGS 
Thanks mom! All the other recipes I've tried leave my eggs uncooked in the middle and impossible to peel. :)

1 dozen eggs
large pot of cold water

Put the eggs in a large pot, fill with cold water about an inch or two over the top of the eggs. Bring to a rolling boil, and cook for 12 minutes.

Drain water, crack eggs and place them in cold water and let sit.

Note: It is important to crack each egg before cooling, so they peel extra easy.

Empty water when warm and refill with cold water. Peel immediately after.
