MEAT BALL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. evaporated milk or 1 egg
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. cooking oil for cooking

Mix together. Roll into 30 balls. Brown meat balls in oil and drain. Put in 2 1/2 quart casserole.

Mix together and heat: 1 can cream of celery 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk 1/2 c. water

Pour over meat balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
