CHEESE CHIP BISCUITS 
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
5 oz. salted potato chips
1 c. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
Pinch of cayenne pepper
6 oz. butter, melted

Grate the cheese, crush the chips and place them in a bowl. Sift in the flour, mustard and cayenne and mix until evenly blended. Stir in the butter, then mix lightly to form a dough. Divide into tablespoon-sized pieces and shape into rough heaps on a baking sheet. Flatten a little. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned. Push back together with a knife if the cheese has spread out. Leave on baking sheet for 3 to 4 minutes, then cool on wire rack.
