HAM `N SWISS OR BISCUITS 
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk ham
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. poppy seed
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tsp. mustard
10 oz. can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
5 (4x4 inch) slices Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients; reserve about 1/3 cup. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; press 5 biscuits to 3 1/2 inch circles on ungreased cookie sheet.

Spoon equal portions of meat mixture onto each flattened biscuit. Fold cheese slices in quarters; place on meat mixture. Spoon remaining meat over cheese. Press remaining biscuits to 4 inch circles; stretch over meat mixture. Do not seal edges. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. 5 sandwiches.
