BISCUIT TOPPED STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. steak
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour

Brown meat. Stir in onions and flour seasoning. Add water, bouillon. Place in casserole dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Stir sour cream into hot sauce.

SOUR CREAM BISCUITS:

1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. pancake mix
1 egg
1 tbsp. chopped parsley or chives
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. basil

Mix together pancake mix, sour cream, egg, seasonings. Drop by tablespoon on hot meat. Sprinkle seeds over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
