EASIEST DONUTS
canned refrigerator biscuits (any type)
oil, for deep frying

Lay down your biscuits on a flat surface (table, cutting board etc). Take each biscuit and flatten to about 1/2-inch thick. Take a bottle cap from anything (as long as its circular) and press into the center of biscuit. Roll the cut dough circle in your hands to make a munchkin.

Heat oil for deep frying. Place one biscuit and one munchkin in the oil at a time. Turn the biscuit and munchkin after a minute or two in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Transfer to a plate covered with paper towels for absorbency. Repeat. You now have donuts!

TOPPING:

You can leave the donuts plain and enjoy or add your favorite topping. I find melted chocolate is best. Once melted, coat donuts in chocolate using a silicone brush or just dip them. Or, add some sugar (I use "golden sugar") to a brown paper bag, place fresh donuts in the bag and shake!

Enjoy!
