CHEESE BALLS STUFFED WITH OLIVES 
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (1 c. grated)
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 bottles (4 oz.) stuffed Spanish olives

Add all ingredients except olives and mix. Blend well. Shape 1 teaspoon of dough around olive to form a ball. Place on baking sheet and bake 400 degrees 15 minutes. Serve hot. Yield - 3 dozen cheese balls.
