OLIVE CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (2 oz.) jar stuffed olives, approximately 36

In a food processor mix cheese, flour, and butter to make a dough. Drain olives well on paper towels. Use 1 teaspoon dough to cover olives and roll them into a ball. Place on cookie sheet. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. To bake place on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
