OLIVE CHEESE BALLS 
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
36 stuffed green olives

Toss cheese and flour to mix. Pour in butter and stir with a fork to form dough. Scoop dough by the teaspoon and mold around each olive. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Chill 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400°F.

Bake 15-20 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.

Yields 36 balls.
