EASY DONUT HOLES
Best when served warm and fresh!

1 can refrigerator biscuits (like Pillsbury)
sugar
cinnamon

Plug in the deep fryer to get the oil warm. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters. Then mix some sugar and cinnamon in a bowl together.

Put the dough in the deep fryer when it's warm enough (360°F) and turn them so they cook more evenly.

Note: They cook in a minute or less, so don't let them burn.

When done, put in sugar mix and cover with mix.

Makes about 32 donut holes.
