EASY WAFFLES 
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla, optional

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour onto a seasoned and well heated waffle iron. Bake on medium high heat until golden and cooked through (3-5 minutes depending upon your waffle maker). Top with melted butter and jam.

This waffle recipe is awesome. It is very easy to make and it taste wonderful. I enjoy vanilla so I put 2 tablespoons. The waffle come out golden brown everytime!

Yummy! I didn't have any milk so substituted with water, and also added more vanilla. They didn't turn out golden brown, but seemed to work awesome for freezing this way. Now for a rushed morning I take one out and pop it in the toaster. Is great!
