TERIYAKI ROAST BEEF | |
1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. brown sugar 3 whole cloves 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 piece ginger, chopped 2 tbsp. bourbon 3 to 4 lb. rump roast Combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, cloves, garlic, ginger and bourbon. Put roast in plastic bag, add sauce, close bag or cover in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Put roast in aluminum foil lined roaster. Add marinade and seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours or until meat is tender. |
