“PUG'S BAKED BUFFALO WINGS” IS IN:

PUG'S BAKED BUFFALO WINGS
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
20 to 30 chicken wings (split at joint, discard tips)

In a small bowl, mix together flour, paprika, cayenne powder, and salt.

Place chicken wings in a large bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them. Mix until they are evenly coated.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

SAUCE:

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
2 tsp. Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp. Orange-Habanero hot sauce (I buy at Kroger)
2 dashes black pepper
2 dashes garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place all sauce ingredients in a bowl and microwave to melt butter - mix well.

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray generously with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Place wings on cookie sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Turn once. Broil for 2 minutes - again turning once. Wings should be golden brown.

Toss wings with the sauce. Turn off oven.

Note: Wings can be kept in a "warm" oven until served.
