SPAGHETTI AND MEAT SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
3 med. onions, chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. cold water
1 can tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. cooking oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Brown meat in oil; add onions, garlic, and bell pepper; lightly brown. Add other ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. If it seems thick, add more water. Serve over spaghetti.
