VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
1 stack Ritz butter crackers

Melt butter and Cheese Whiz together in microwave or saucepan. Stir canned vegetables into this mixture. Crumble one stack (approximately 30-35) crackers into the vegetable mixture reserving a few to crumble on top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
