VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. cheese spread (I used cheese whiz)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can Durkee french fried onions

Mix all ingredients together and put into a casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, or this can be microwaved on high for 20 minutes (maybe longer depending on your microwave).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
