QUICK CHICKEN GREEN BEAN
CASSEROLE
 
1 tsp. butter
1/3 c. onions, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can French cut green beans, drained well
1 (14 oz.) can chop suey vegetables, drained well
1/2 c. milk
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings

In 2 quart casserole, cook onions and butter until soft (3 minutes in microwave). Add the rest of the ingredients except the French fried onion rings. Return to microwave for 8 minutes, stir once at 4 minutes. Should be hot. Spread onion rings on top of casserole and brown under broiler, 6" from heat for 3 minutes. Be careful not to burn onion rings. Serves 6 to 8.

Or may be baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes instead of microwave and broiler steps.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
