1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for cheeseburger macaroni
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. dairy sour cream (onion)

Crumble ground beef into 3-quart casserole; add onion. Cover and microwave until done. Stir; drain. Stir in macaroni, sauce mix, vegetables, water and sour cream, blending well.

Cover tightly and microwave 9-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Stir. Garnish with tomato slices if desired.
