CREAMY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE (Or
Cauliflower)
 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. firm butter

Cook and drain broccoli. Place broccoli in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Beat soup and milk until smooth. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese. Cut Bisquick and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until light brown, about 20 minutes. Also good to use 1 package broccoli and 1 package cauliflower.
