BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) bag of frozen broccoli
1 (20 oz.) bag of frozen cauliflower
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee fried onion rings
8 slices American cheese
1 c. milk
9x13 inch pan

Cook broccoli and cauliflower as directed on the bag. Place broccoli and cauliflower in 9x13 inch pan. Mix soup and milk and pour over vegetables. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over soup and vegetables. Cut American cheese into strips and place over Cheddar cheese. Place onion rings on top of American cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
