BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 bag frozen cauliflower
2 c. milk
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour

Cook and drain broccoli and cauliflower or the equivalent in fresh vegetables. Put in 9x13 inch casserole.

Make white sauce of milk, bouillon cubes, butter and flour. Pour over the vegetables.

TOPPING:

2 1/2 c. stuffing mix
3/4 c. grated Longhorn cheese
4 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. hot water

Mix well with fork and place on top of vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, covered with foil.
