BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 lg. pkgs. broccoli
2 lg. pkgs. cauliflower

Cook until almost tender, 5 to 6 minutes or test with fork. Then use the liquid to thin cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup. Don't thin too much. Mix soup with vegetables. Pour some of mixture in a buttered casserole and then put cut up Velveeta cheese or grated cheddar cheese on the broccoli and cauliflower mixture. You can roll Ritz crackers on or buy a can of French fried onion rings and put some on top of mixture. Just keep adding like this until you can fill casserole.

Put in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes until done. Then bring out of oven, put crackers or onion rings on top and bake 10 minutes more or until the top is brown. Delicious.
