BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cauliflower
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. Cheez Whiz or other meltable cheese
1/2 can fried onion rings

Cook broccoli and cauliflower separately. Drain. Put both in buttered casserole. Combine soup and cheese. Pour over vegetables. Bake in uncovered pan 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add fried onion rings last minutes to allow to brown. Watch carefully and do not burn. Serves 8 to 10. Can freeze leftovers.
