1 bag oriental vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1 stick butter

Combine all ingredients in glass casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May also be cooked in microwave.
