SUGARLESS CAKE 
2 c. all purpose flour
5 level tsp. Sweet 'N Low
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, separated
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello with Nutra Sweet
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding with Nutra Sweet
1 c. sour cream

Combine flour, Sweet 'N Low, baking powder and salt. Beat egg yolks and add with butter and milk, beat well and add vanilla. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt, until stiff. Fold into batter and pour into greased and floured oblong cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Prepare Jello as directed using only 1 cup water. Pierce cake all over with fork and slowly pour Jello over cake. Let cool, then refrigerate. When cold, prepare pudding as directed. Fold in sour cream, spread evenly over cake. Keep refrigerated until serving time.
