SUGARLESS APPLESAUCE CAKE 
2 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Nuts, optional
2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener
3/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Cook raisins; drain. Save the water. Add applesauce, eggs, sweetener and oil. Blend in dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes a large cake. The raisin juice is good for sweetener for other dishes.
