2 c. flour
2 c. water
2 c. raisins
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 apples, chopped

Cook raisins in water until water is gone. Mix applesauce, sweetener, oil and eggs and add. Add apples and 1/2 cup nuts. Sift dry ingredients. Add and mix by hand. Add vanilla. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Put 3 maraschino cherry halves on top for decoration.
