PIZZA CRUST 
1 pkg. active yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 1/2 c. flour (approx.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

In large bowl sprinkle yeast over 1/4 cup warm water. Stir to dissolve. Add remaining water and oil. With large spoon, beat in 1 1/2 cups flour until smooth, continue beating 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper and enough remaining flour to make a stiff dough. Turn out onto lightly floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 to 8 minutes. Place in oiled bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in warm place, until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Punch dough down, divide in half. Press onto a lightly oiled pizza pan with 1/2" high border. Top with your favorite toppings. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
