PIZZA CRUST 
2 1/2 - 3 c. flour
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. hot water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Mix 1 1/4 cups flour, yeast, salt, sugar. Add hot water, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix in flour cup by cup and mix until too hard to mix with spoon. Knead in enough flour to make dough smooth and elastic. Let rise 1/2 hour to an hour. Punch down. Let rest 5 minutes. Divide in half for two thin crusts or leave together for a thick crust. Grease pizza pan. Top with favorite toppings. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
