POTATO AU GRATIN 
6 potatoes, sliced thin
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 sm. onion
1 can + 1/2 c. milk
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Butter

Layer sliced potatoes in buttered 2 quart casserole. Slice onion and add, mix milk and soup and add over all. Put butter and sharp cheese on top and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
