AU GRATIN POTATOES 
24 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans cream of celery soup
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
Onions and green peppers
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Put hash browns in large baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients except shredded cheese and pour over the hash browns. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
