AU GRATIN POTATOES 
3 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 lg. onion, sliced and chopped
1/3 c. flour
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. half & half

Spray round baking dish with cooking spray. Put 1/3 of potatoes, 1/3 of flour, 1/2 of onions, 1/3 Velveeta, 1/3 salt and 1/3 pepper. Spoon 1/4 can of soup over layer. Repeat this layer. For top layer, layer potatoes, flour, salt, pepper, and Velveeta.

Combine remaining 1/2 can soup with half & half in a small saucepan. Heat to a boil and pour over potatoes. Do not cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover and bake another 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serves 4-6.
