PEANUT BLOSSOMS (COOKIES) 
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. Bisquick mix
Hershey's Chocolate Kisses

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add Bisquick, mixing well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls.

Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned.

Press Hershey's Chocolate Kiss into the center of each cookie immediately after baking.

Family loves it! This recipe, including an egg, makes the cookies rise well. (I spray my measuring cup with cooking spray prior to measuring the peanut butter).
