AU GRATIN BAKED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. milk

Scrub and bake potatoes. Slice top and scoop out insides. Mash with fork. Mix with next 6 ingredients. Pack back into potato shell. Sprinkle tops with remaining cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes longer or until hot.
