1 (4 oz.) can of chopped green chilies
1 lb. of monterey jack cheese, thinly sliced
4 tomatoes, thinly sliced
18 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Spread chilies in bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with layer of cheese slices. Top with layer of tomato slices. Beat eggs until frothy. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until eggs are set. It may be prepared and refrigerated for 2 days before baking.
