CRAB SALAD 
2/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2/3 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green onion
8 oz. crabmeat (imitation is O.K.)
3 oz. cream cheese
Green or red or yellow peppers, chopped fine (optional - for color)

Chop all vegetables. Combine with mayonnaise, cream cheese and crabmeat. Serve with crackers (Town House are best).
