MEXICAN CRAB SALAD | |
1 lb. imitation crab 1 pt. fresh salsa 2 avocados 1 lg. tomato Lettuce leaves Tortilla chips Dice in bite size pieces crab, avocado and tomato. Four to eight hours before serving, mix all ingredients except lettuce. Arrange on lettuce leaves and garnish with chips. Serves 6. |
