CRAB SALAD SUPREME 
1 iceberg lettuce (lg.)
1 red cabbage (sm.)
2 tomatoes
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 sm. can pitted olives, drained
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1 pkg. imitation crab meat
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. parsley
Pepper to taste

In a large bowl toss together lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, beans, olives, pecans and raisins. Set aside. In a smaller bowl mix crab meat (cut up), mayonnaise, onions, parsley and pepper. Serve the salad in individual plates, spoon crab meat mixture in the center of each. Makes about 6 servings.
